Mini Me Yoga is bringing a simple 15 minute yoga and mindfulness program into a child’s daily routine. The purpose of this is to empower children and embue them with healthy a positive outlook. There are two ways to go about this; The 15 minute yoga for Kids program is designed to be filled with positive thinking and movement to get the children in you lives moving . Kids also know how to do one thing that we as adults somehow have lost the ability to do in every moment of the day……..which is to have FUN or be in Joy.
