A Sound Journey is a 2-hour process for deep relaxation and stress release.
It is conducted lying down on a soft blanket, with a comfortable pillow to support the head.
The Sound Journey starts with a Body Awareness Relaxation technique that allows participants to become aware of where they hold tension in their body and to identify mental and emotional stress.
Then participants are exposed to a variety of different sounds designed to take them on a deep and profound inner journey.

The process ends with a period of silence that allows participants to slowly return to a natural waking state.
This session can be a stand-alone or it can be incorporated within the context of a full workshop.
