Table Top Culinary is passionate about preparing fresh and delicious cuisine for any occasion and to suit any style.
At the moment we are focusing on healthy snacks and sweet treats, health conscious catering and pre-made nutritional meals.
We specialise in catering for Vegan, Vegetarian, Banting, Paleo, gluten-free, and any other dietary requirements.
We use sustainable ingredients and organic where possible.
‘Conventional’ food is also catered for. The difference is that we use fresh, natural ingredients and our food is prepared in the healthiest ways.
For the Mindmark Expo we will be selling our delicious Black Bean and Sweet potato burgers (low carb / gluten free avaliable) with a variety of toppings.
Black bean burger patties are gluten free (black beans, millet and quinoa, sweet potatoes, peppers, onions, brown rice flour).
The bun contains gluten. For a gluten free option we offer a ‘lettuce cup’.
People can select their own toppings (like build-a-burger) and choose either a single or double patty.
The brownies are healthier alternatives, gluten free, low carb, and no refined sugars.
We will also be selling our healthy brownies, truffles and almond butter cookies for those looking for something sweeter 🙂
